Ollie’s Kimchi is a live, vegan kimchi, handmade in small batches in Bow using authentic ingredients.
It was developed by local chef Ollie Rowe whose previous projects include Konstam, Konstam at the Prince Albert, The Urban Chef on BBC2 and his book Food for All Seasons, published by Faber.
Also on the Ollie's Kimchi team is Sanchia whose projects include Melimelum - her catering company, the Stories and Supper Cookbook and the Liquorsmith Cookbook.
Ollie’s Kimchi should be refridgerated (below 5°C) before and after opening.
