Ollie’s Kimchi is a live, vegan kimchi based on a classic recipe. It’s made using ingredients that would be familiar in a Korean kitchen, and gets over a month of fermentation time before packaging.
Ollie’s Kimchi is vegan and uses soy sauce and miso to get the savoury flavours that are normally given by using a fish-based product of some sort. In traditional kimchi this can be anything from fish sauce & fermented fish pastes through to dried fish and oysters. Instead, we use a traditional, fermented soy sauce and a dark red miso that gives it depth and roundness.
Ollie’s Kimchi is made in East London, but we deliver to any part of the UK.
